Isotech specialises in the research, development and moulding of polyurethane (PU) materials. For four decades we have supplied global brands in bedding, maternity and baby care, office furniture, footwear and mobility — from formulation and tooling through to volume delivery, completed across four production sites.
Five application lines, one PU technology
Bedding, office seating and footwear belong to different industries, but the core material is the same PU. What differs is the formulation, the density and the moulding method.
Bedding & Sleep
MemoSorb foam pillows, mattresses and adjustable beds, plus sofa and hospitality applications.

CAD／CAM design
Our design centre handles structural design and simulation in CAD／CAM.
Mould design and making
Moulds are designed in-house, so sampling and mould revisions can be handled immediately.
In-house test laboratory
Material performance is verified in our own laboratory first.
Custom equipment development
Dedicated machinery and jigs developed to suit the production requirement.
International sourcing network
We work with international sourcing partners to meet material-origin and cost requirements.
OWN BRAND
Our own material brand: MemoSorb Super Breathable Foam (MSBF)
MemoSorb Super Breathable Foam (MSBF) is a patented material developed in 2003, originally for medical wound dressings. A low-temperature process creates a three-dimensional open-cell structure: it absorbs 5–15 times its own weight in water, stays soft at −5°C, and has a density of roughly 65–130 kg／m³. It won the REHACARE Innovation Award in Düsseldorf that same year and has received Taiwan's SNQ National Quality Mark every year since.
The product line covers pillows, mattresses, adjustable beds, the maternity and baby range, and seat and lumbar cushions.

Airport departure-lounge seating
Public airport seating developed with our Japanese partner (Shanghai Pudong and Tokyo Narita)is used at extremely high frequency every day, and has to hold its comfort and durability over the long term.Seating in public spaces is the hardest test of consistent production quality.
Developed in Taiwan, produced in three countries
The four sites have different roles, so production can be allocated by product type and tariff considerations.
