Bedding applications are built around our own MemoSorb breathable foam, with the formulation tuned for airflow, softness at low temperature and odour release.
From formulation to finished bedding, all in one place
Isotech develops the breathable-foam formulation itself and runs its own tooling and moulding lines, taking on OEM／ODM work for bedding brands — or supplying the material on its own.

Pillows
S-curve pressure-relief pillows, butterfly anti-snore pillows, flat neck-support pillows, royal French pillows and baby pillows — choose the height to suit your neck curve and sleeping position.
Mattresses and adjustable beds
A topper to lay over your existing mattress, or the complete MemoSorb AM-08S2 adjustable bed with German-made quiet motors and Bluetooth remote.
Sofas and hospitality
Inner materials for sofa cushions, backrests and armrests; we also work with hotels, guesthouses and sleep-experience showrooms so guests can sleep on it for a night before deciding.

Absorbs and releases moisture
The three-dimensional open-cell structure absorbs up to 5–15 times its own weight in water, then releases the moisture again.

Stays soft in the cold
Ordinary memory foam stiffens below 10°C; MemoSorb is still soft at −5°C.

Even pressure relief
At a density of roughly 65–130 kg／m³, pressure is spread across the contact area instead of concentrating on one point.

Non-toxic, low-allergen
No catalysts or vulcanising agents. Passes SGS and REACH testing, and breaks down in soil once discarded.
