OEM／ODM Services
From material formulation and tooling development through to volume production and quality control, Isotech provides a complete OEM／ODM service — or supplies the material on its own.
Three levels of collaboration
Material supply
We supply MemoSorb breathable foam and other PU materials for you to process, cut and cover yourself.
OEM manufacturing
We produce the finished item to your design and specification, with your brand logo applied.
ODM development
Starting from your requirement, we work on formulation, structure and tooling together to develop a new product.
R&D, tooling and manufacturing under one roof
Formulation and tooling development are both completed within the group, with no outsourcing — which keeps development schedules and design confidentiality under our control.
PU formulation development
In-house formulation and compounding, adjustable for hardness, density and resilience.
CAD／CAM design
Our design centre handles structural design and simulation in CAD／CAM.
Mould design and making
Moulds are designed in-house, so sampling and mould revisions can be handled immediately.
In-house test laboratory
Material performance is verified in our own laboratory first.
Custom equipment development
Dedicated machinery and jigs developed to suit the production requirement.
International sourcing network
We work with international sourcing partners to meet material-origin and cost requirements.
Our service process
- EnquiryTell us the product type, the application and the quantity.
- SpecificationDimensions, density, cover material and how the logo is to appear.
- QuotationA quotation is issued based on the specification and quantity.
- SamplingA sample is made, either from new tooling or from existing moulds.
- Sample approvalYou trial and test the sample, and we revise it if needed.
- ContractContract, lead time and payment terms are confirmed.
- Production & QCVolume production to specification, with in-process and final inspection.
- Shipping & supportShipment is arranged, and we stay in contact afterwards.
Production sites and capacity
The four sites have different roles, so production can be allocated by product type and tariff considerations.
Zhubei, Hsinchu
Headquarters. MemoSorb material R&D and production; PU formulation and application development.
Panyu, Guangdong
Guangzhou Urethane Plastics Co., Ltd. — the group's largest plant in mainland China. Moulded PU armrests, seat components, baseballs and softballs, sports equipment and sealing strips.
Enping, Guangdong
Guangdong Meratech (Enping plant), completed in 2019, has three PU insole molding lines and three outsole molding lines.
Dong Nai, Vietnam
Vietnam Meratech, established in response to US–China trade and tariff conditions, completed in November 2025.
