Footwear Materials
A joint venture with MERAMEC, the largest PU footwear materials producer in the USA, with full control from formulation to volume production — for hiking boots, work boots, safety shoes, athletic shoes and orthopaedic footwear.
Working with Our U.S. Partner | Integrated One-Stop Manufacturing Services
We offer fully integrated production capabilities, providing end-to-end services from production equipment planning, pigment formulation research and development, and mold design and development to manufacturing, quality control and operations management.
We operate two major production bases: Guangdong Meratech (Enping plant) and Vietnam Meratech (Dong Nai plant). Completed in 2025, the Dong Nai plant further strengthens our manufacturing network across regions, offering our U.S. partner an integrated collaboration model spanning technology development, production capacity allocation and mass manufacturing.
Product Range
Every part of a shoe that uses PU material is within our scope of supply.

Insoles
Available in single, dual or triple density. Support plates can be moulded in or bonded afterwards, with antibacterial fabrics and anti-static treatment available.

Midsoles and outsoles
Available in single or dual density, and can be moulded together with rubber. Abrasion resistance, slip resistance and light weight can all be tuned through the formulation.

Work boots and safety shoes
Oil-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant formulations for heavy industry, balancing comfort with durability.
Key Features
-
Biomechanics
Supports patented deep heel cups and dynamic arch structures, absorbing impacts of up to five times body weight.
-
Medical-grade comfort
Multi-density cushioning and shock absorption, in odour-free materials that keep the environment inside the shoe fresh.
-
Sustainable formulations
PŪR-Bio is made from bio-oil derived from renewable carbon sources; Ultron ECO contains 30% plant-based oils.
-
Production capacity
Three moulding lines each for outsoles and insoles, able to take on high-volume orders from international brands.

Performance insoles
One uses the deepest heel cup on the market to hold the heel and prevent excessive side-to-side movement, paired with dynamic arch support that spreads the pressure of up to five times body weight with every step. Another uses a tri-density orthotic pad with a Carbosan top cover, cushioning impact while keeping the inside of the shoe odour-free.
